Hello,
Basically there're two modes of Receipt Printing format:-
1. System generated Receipt
2. Design the report using XtraReport
System Generated Receipt can only be configure in the Point Of Sales > POS Options > Receipt
Which user may change the Characters per line, Lines Per page... etc
and may select which column to print in the "Customize Column" button
where the more flexible way is to use the XtraReport, which you may find this tools in the POS itself. Which Mr.Yap mentioned in the above post.
