Step 1

Know your eligibility

The MSME Digital Grant MADANI supports micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and cooperatives in adopting digital solutions.
Funded under the MADANI Budget 2025 with an allocation of RM45 million, this grant provides eligible businesses with a 50% matching grant, or up to RM5,000, when subscribing to digital solutions from MDEC’s appointed panel service provider.

Who are eligible?

  • The company is at least 60% owned by Malaysian.
  • The company must registered with Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)/ Business License with Local Authorities (PBT) or Cooperatives registered with Malaysian Cooperative Commission (SKM).
  • Company/ Cooperative that has an annual average sales turnover of at least RM50,000.
  • Company/ co-operative that has operated at least six (6) months.
  • Not eligible for those who received Digitalisation Matching Grant before.
